We pride ourselves in having the only Duty Free store in the South West. Normally used to supply commercial cargo vessels, this facility is now available for use by eligible pleasure craft for the purchase of Spirits, Tobacco Goods and Beer. (Wines and soft drinks can also be supplied VAT FREE).

Who is eligible?
Subject to individual approval by HM Customs & Excise, vessels proceeding to destinations (a) South of Brest or (b) North of the North Bank of the River Eider in Denmark are eligible. Vessels proceeding to ports in Eire or the Channel Islands are not eligible.

What are the requirements?
Completion of HM C&E Form C1331 (We can assist with this).
Completion and submission to HM C&E for approval - Stores Authority Form C945 (We do this).

How much Duty Free can we take?
This is calculated on the number of persons (aged 17+) on board and the estimated duration of the voyage.

How much notice is required to place an order?
Whilst it is possible to provide a same day service - 24 hours would be preferable.

How can I pay?
Sterling, Euros, USD, UK Cheques supported by valid guarantee card. We are unable to accept credit card payments.

Can you deliver to my vessel?
We can deliver to the quayside in Fowey. Our delivery charge is £5.
Delivery to other ports will be advised on application. Alternatively goods can be collected from our premises at an agreed time. In all cases a current passport will be required to be produced as proof of identity.
